Instant Withdrawal
EliteLudo allows users to withdraw their winnings instantly. If your bank supports IMPS, the money will be transferred within 30 seconds, even on weekends and public holidays. If not, the withdrawal will be processed via NEFT.
Withdrawal Requirements
Withdrawals can only be made to a verified bank account, and successful KYC verification is mandatory. The name on your bank account must match the name on your PAN card. You can submit your withdrawal request by entering your bank details through the lobby screen in the EliteLudo app.
There are no restrictions on the amount available for withdrawal in the "withdrawable balance" section. However, deposit amounts cannot be withdrawn. All withdrawal requests are subject to applicable taxes.
Payment Processing
After submitting a withdrawal request, you can check your bank account statement for transactions labeled "CASHFREE" or "RAZORPAY", which are our trusted payment partners.
We initiate IMPS payments instantly after a request is placed, but the final crediting time depends on your bank’s internal processing. Occasionally, delays may occur due to bank maintenance or downtime. If your transaction shows a status like "Submitted to bank" but the funds haven't arrived, it might still be processing or may get reversed. Final status is typically confirmed within 3 business days, and in case of a failed transfer, the amount is automatically credited back to your EliteLudo account.
Security & Monitoring
To ensure fair play and prevent misuse, EliteLudo actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity such as multiple accounts or fraudulent gameplay. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied based on these checks.
Referral Bonuses
Any promotional or referral rewards received cannot be withdrawn. These credits are only valid for playing cash games on the platform.
Fraud Prevention
EliteLudo reserves the right to accept or reject any withdrawal request in case of suspected fraud or policy violations.
